At Forte Series, we want you to be fully satisfied with your grooming experience. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least 75% full and undamaged.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
